REGISTRATION DATES:
Saturday, September 11, 2010 from 10 a.m. – noon

Wednesday, September 15, 2010 from 6:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

Both registrations will be at the Thamesford Arena.

If you are unable to attend these registration dates, please print and complete your registration form (one per skater) and mail to Susan Manzer, 347 Allen St., Thamesford, ON  N0M 2M0.

Please note: All skaters must be registered with Skate Canada prior to the beginning of their skating session.  Skaters are not permitted onto the ice without a completed and signed registration form and payment in order for registration with Skate Canada to take place.  These must be received by the club’s Treasurer, Susan Manzer, no later than 24 hours prior to the start of the skating session.  Failure to do so will result in your skater not being allowed onto the ice.
